POPWHITE Products are Vegan & PETA Certified
What are vegan or cruelty-free products?
You might not know this, but what makes something vegan and what makes it cruelty-free are two different things. People often interchange these two since they are commonly associated with each other. Keep in mind that the differences might vary from person to person since there is no FDA approved definition for these terms, but here are the common meanings that are given to the two:
- Vegan 🌿 - A product is considered vegan if it contains no animal ingredients or animal by-products. Non-vegan products are those that have ingredients such as collagen, gelatin, yogurt, honey and carmine, to name a few.
- Cruelty-free 🐇 - A product is considered as cruelty-free if the ingredients that were used in the production of the products were not tested on animals at any stage during their development. This means that the company has banned absolutely all tests on animals from start to finish.
What is Peta and what does PETA-Approved mean?
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is the largest animal rights organization in the world. The PETA Approved Logo was created to help shoppers "find animal-free products at a glance, and make purchases that align with their values."
PETA approves products and brands around the world that respect their principles and do not use any animals or products of animal origin in their production.
POPWHITE has committed ourselves to PETA not to use products of animal origin and as a result, we have received the PETA Approved Logo label for our entire collection. Our vegan friends can confidently use POPWHITE Teeth Whitening Products 🐇🌿💜
