Remove pen cap. Twist the end of the pen until POPWHITE teeth whitening gel surfaces on the brush tip. Use the brush tip to apply a generous, even layer of gel on the teeth surfaces which are visible when you smile. Keep your mouth open for 2 minutes after applying to allow the gel to set. Spit out excess, but do not rinse. Avoid eating or drinking for 20 minutes after applying.
